Gua Sha and Cupping
Gua Sha is a way of massaging with the aim of allowing energy to flow while removing blockages. Gua stands for scraping and Sha is what becomes visible on the skin. By using the Gua Sha almost like a kind of palette knife, you create contours on the face. The stones are hot or cold and used alternately with very little pressure and slowly (for a draining effect) or faster and with more pressure (for instant firming).
Cupping is actually a way of making space, by subtly lifting the skin using a mini vacuum the tissue is nicely circulated and the muscle underneath gets space. This way it can take its natural place again. An absolute must for healthy connective tissue, because every now and then “something” simply has to be done with it.
Results: an irresistible glow and visibly less wrinkles.
